Every service is booked a la carte. Pricing for color and extensions depends on hair type and texture and is settled at the consultation.

Extensions are a major part of the business. A consultation is required before any extension service, and a complimentary 20-minute consultation covers methods, lengths and custom color options. The Kacey Welch Method is a two-step sew-in that uses silk wefts without glue, chemicals or braids. Tape-in extensions use polymer and lace technology for installation, and the salon says its tape-ins contain no chemicals.

Color services range from root shadow, glaze and shine treatments through base color, all-over color, specialty color, partial and full highlights, and balayage. Chemical services do not include a blow dry, so that is booked separately.

Booking terms ask for 24 hours notice for cancellations or reschedules. A change made within 24 hours or on the day of the appointment is charged 50% of the service. Arriving 20 minutes late means the appointment is rescheduled and charged in full, and a no-show is charged in full and cannot be rescheduled.
