Tir Na Nog Spa is a day spa in East Providence, located at the intersection of Waterman Avenue and Commercial Way. Owner Dawn Buchanan launched her first day spa in southeastern New England in 1984. The business spent roughly a decade inside the Providence Westin Hotel before that property was sold in 2013, after which it relocated to South Main Street. Today it runs from a unit on Waterman Avenue. In December 2019, a seaweed treatment offered at the spa was featured in a segment on WJAR TV 10.

The menu covers body treatments such as body wraps and a leg treatment, pedicures, waxing by body area and a range of facials. The spa describes itself as the best day spa in Rhode Island, pointing to the quality of its services, and says its experience is similar to a resort spa. Those are the spa's own claims. Treatments are built around seaweed, algae, sea salts, essential oils and Austrian moor mud, and the spa sells Phytomer skincare and bodycare made in Brittany, France.

Clients can book up to a month ahead by calling 401-454-7546. A credit card is required to reserve an appointment, but it is not charged until after the service. Cancellations need 24 hours' notice to avoid being charged the full treatment price. Guests are asked to arrive at least 15 minutes early, and a late arrival may have the treatment time shortened to accommodate the next guest. Cell phones are not permitted during treatments.

The spa is open Tuesday to Friday from 10am to 8pm and Saturday from 9am to 6pm, and is closed on Sundays, Mondays and holidays. Lockers, robes and showers are provided, and parking is free. The minimum age for nail and facial services is 16, and spa guests must be at least 18. Service offerings and prices may change without notice.
