The salon describes its approach as a healthy approach to nail care, built on high-quality products, air purification and sterilized tools. Wall-mounted Medify Air units with True HEPA H13 filters are used, rated by the manufacturer for about 1,793 square feet per hour, and an Aerovex unit adds UV light and sensors that adjust airflow to pollution levels, which the salon says reaches 99.99% efficiency or higher. The salon says its sterilizer is independently tested every month by Woodhouse Laboratories, and that its sanitation practices remove and kill germs, organisms and spores. These are the salon's own claims.

A visit starts with cuticle care, which is done slowly and gently so there is time for questions. The salon prefers Russian manicure results but notes the method is not required for surface prep and adhesion. Masks are provided for each client while nail enhancements are being reduced and filed. The salon says clients can expect an average of four weeks from a manicure with proper maintenance, and all work carries a 10-day guarantee: lifting, chipping, loss of enhancement or weeping of chrome is fixed free of charge when reported. Appointments canceled within 24 hours, or missed entirely, carry a 50% fee if the spot cannot be filled, and arriving more than 20 minutes late may require rescheduling with a 25% fee.
