Retwist and shampoo pricing depends on loc length and on whether a style is included. Lengths are grouped in bands from 2 to 6 inches up to 44 to 48 inches. Basic styles offered include barrel twists, lobster braids, fish tails, a simple bun, a crown swirl and two buns, and longer locs add to the price.

Starter locs are done for adults by palm roll and for children under 8 by palm coils, both on Monday through Wednesday. The children's service includes shampoo but no style. Loc repair addresses thinning or weak locs and reattaching individual locs, and a consultation may be booked first to plan it.

The salon also offers a same-day or walk-in service, a six-hour day service, wick maintenance for retouches, and house calls within a 15-mile radius plus gas. Booking requires a $21 deposit within 48 hours of the appointment, paid by Zelle or cash only, and deposits are non-refundable. Clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late have their appointment cancelled.
