It is open seven days a week, with Monday and Tuesday hours from 11 am to 7 pm, Wednesday through Saturday from noon to 8 pm, and Sunday from 11 am to 5 pm. Clients can book online through the salon's Square booking page, and the consultation is listed at no charge there.

Cuts range from bang or beard trims and undercut refreshes to buzzcuts done with a single guard length, shortcuts and longcuts. Color runs from root touchups and single process color to accent sections, partial and full highlights, vivid fashion shades and full lightening. Thermal styling with an iron and deep conditioning treatments are offered as add-ons.
