Appointments are booked through the Book Appointment button on the website and are open Tuesday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Service times are listed as estimates and can change with hair length and density, so the studio asks clients to keep the full day open, since quality braiding takes time. Clients should choose all add-ons before the appointment, because changes are not possible once the session starts, and missing add-ons may carry extra fees. A standard 15-minute grace period applies to arrivals.
Prep is a large part of the menu. Hair should be detangled before the visit, and the studio offers detangling, a post-wash blowout, an apple cider vinegar braiding cleanse, shampoo and blow-dry options, and a full pre-install service for clients who want extra density or specialized prep. Natural hair needs to be at least 4 inches long. Clients may supply their own boho hair, and dropping it off during business hours before the appointment is recommended to save prep time.
Clients can bring food, and a microwave is available. Complimentary beverages are served, and clients may bring their own pillow or throw blanket. Local delivery options are available during visits.
