Timeless Reflection MedSpa Concord

Timeless Reflection MedSpa was founded in 2018 by Amy Kester, a nurse practitioner who worked 22 years in an emergency department before moving into medical aesthetics. The practice has two locations, one in Cornelius and one in Concord, North Carolina.

Treatments are grouped into injectables, including neurotoxins, dermal fillers, Radiesse, Sculptra and Kybella; laser and light services, including Helix CO2 laser resurfacing, IPL photofacial, Morpheus8, XERF and laser hair removal; skin treatments; and platelet-based therapies using PRP, PRF and PDGF. Hair restoration and sclerotherapy are also offered.

New client consultations run 30 minutes and are priced variably. A separate complimentary skin care consultation, booked as a 30-minute visit, leads to a customized regimen.

VIP membership costs $150 a month, deposited into a patient wallet that can be used on any service. Members receive 10% off dermal fillers, neurotoxin treatments, skincare, lasers and facials. Membership requires a six-month commitment before cancellation, and leaving early carries a $300 fee. Members also get one free status perk per year, members-only promotions, and a CoolPeel benefit after six months of continuous membership. Cherry and Affirm payment plans are available.

Hours are 10AM to 5PM on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, and 10AM to 7PM on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Saturday visits are by appointment only.

Treatment plans are built individually after the provider listens to each client and explains the options, with results aimed at looking natural and improving over time, and with ongoing communication between visits.
