Every service begins with a consultation. New clients can have a free color and highlights consultation, which takes 15 minutes or more. Hair extensions require a $50 consultation of 30 minutes or more before any method is chosen. Extensions are installed by hand-tied and invisible weft methods, and the studio exclusively installs Bold Hair Co extensions.

The color menu runs from an Express Root Refresh at $80, for returning guests with a formula on file, to full custom color starting at $375. In between are toner and gloss refreshes, a natural color package that covers up to two inches of regrowth on root touch-ups, mini highlight refreshes, custom partial color and high impact blonde. Blowout services start with a wash, blow-dry and style package from $75.

Hair treatments include hydration, clarifying, dry scalp care and K-18 bond repair, several of which can be added to color appointments. Smoothing options are a Brazilian Blowout, a non-permanent treatment starting at $300, and the QiQi treatment, a formaldehyde-free option starting at $400. Both take 2.5 hours or more.

Haircuts are split between an Express Haircut for returning clients or as an add-on to color, and a Timeless Haircut Package that new clients must book. The studio is not currently taking new men's or kids haircut clients; those services are for regular clients only. Installment payments are available through Cherry payment plans, with pre-approval available online.
