The studio blends skin care with energy work, and its treatments are built around the idea of caring for the whole person, bringing together body, mind, spirit and the natural world.

Facials are the core of the menu. They range from a 45-minute Express Facial to a 90-minute Elite Facial with gua sha facial massage, and more involved versions that add lymphatic drainage, chakra-focused Reiki or a targeted eye ritual. Facial products include Hale and Hush lines, which the studio describes as scentless and natural, along with other botanical skin care. Dermaplaning can be added to any facial for an extra $25.

Body and hand-and-foot services include Soothe Your Sole, a 1-hour salt and essential oil foot soak with exfoliation, a mask, moisturizer and massage that can be booked alone or with a partner, and Mitts and Boots, a plant-based alternative to paraffin using heated herbal mitts and booties. A Back Lit facial with hot stones uses an organic Earl Grey tea-infused back treatment.

Energy work is a major part of the studio. Reiki sessions come in 30-minute and 60-minute lengths, and Energy Touch is a hands-on trauma release approach that combines energy work, supportive touch, heated herbal wraps and sound baths. Energy Touch sessions run 60 to 90 minutes and begin with a pre-treatment questionnaire and breathing exercises. The studio also offers an 8-week Energy Touch Trauma Release Program, and a free 15-minute Energy Touch consultation helps people see whether it suits them.

Oncology-safe care is a separate focus. Leighsa O'Shea is oncology-certified and offers treatments designed for clients affected by cancer and its treatments, including an oncology facial with a sheet mask and Reiki, a Crown Renewal Ritual for bare scalps during or after hair loss, a scalp and foot treatment, a foot soak, sound healing, and Ground and Restore sessions. Oncology services use oncology-approved products.

Sound healing and forest bathing round out the menu. Sacred Sound Healing is an individual session of about an hour using crystal and Tibetan singing bowls placed on and around the body. Group sound healing is priced by consultation for private gatherings such as family events, women's circles and ritual gatherings. Forest Bathing is a guided walk through the woods lasting 2 to 3 hours, offered for solo visits, pairs or small groups of up to 10, and it ends with a tea ceremony.

Booking is done online through the studio's Square page, reached with the Schedule an Appointment button. New clients are asked to arrive 15 minutes early for intake forms and a consultation, and to come in without makeup. Clients planning a waxing appointment are asked to stop using retinoids 7 days beforehand. Appointments are rescheduled if a client has an active cold sore within a week of the visit. Facials are generally recommended every 4 to 6 weeks.

Treatments follow a holistic, whole-person approach rooted in nature, aiming to bring together body, mind, spirit and the earth. Energy work, breathwork, visualization and botanicals are woven into facials and body treatments.
