Leighsa O'Shea

Leighsa O'Shea owns Timberledge Wellness in Strafford, where she holds a license as an esthetician and is a Reiki Master. She is also an oncology-certified esthetician and a Level III Reiki practitioner. Her work centers on trauma-informed care and oncology esthetics. She has coursework and experience in trauma-informed care, and Energy Touch is grounded in coursework, readings and research on touch-based therapies for nervous system regulation. She offers oncology-safe treatments for clients affected by cancer and cancer treatments. She designs the studio's holistic approach so clients come away calm, nurtured and comforted after a session. Her treatments can combine facial massage, botanicals and crystals with energy work, breathwork and visualization, with the goal of treating the whole person. For clients working through stored trauma, she takes a holistic approach to helping them process and release it.
