The salon describes vintage updos as its specialty. Its updos follow the styles of the 1940s, 1950s, 1960s and 1970s, along with modern versions of those looks. Beyond updos, it offers cuts, colors, styles and perms for men, women and children, including a haircut for children under 10 and separate cuts for young adults and men.

Events are a large part of the work, from weddings, proms, balls and formals to birthday parties, special dates and ladies' nights out. A phone consultation is recommended before a special event, and larger events may need two to three months' notice. The salon also creates historically accurate vintage hair and makeup for film and stage productions, and it works with local and internationally known bands and artists, as well as fashion shows and photo shoots.

Hair extensions can be applied bonded, weaved or seamless, or made as a custom piece matched to the client's hair color. Extension pricing and type are settled after a consultation, and removal and aftercare are offered as well.
