Hair extensions are a central part of the business. The salon's own line, Tiffany Scott Extensions, is made from 100% real virgin hair sourced from Eastern Europe. It comes in three lengths and 27 colors, with custom colors and wavy or curly patterns available. Five extension methods are offered, including keratin-tip, sew-in wefts, tape and clip-ins, and these can be combined.

The salon describes its extensions as top-tier and says they are a favorite among celebrities; these are its own claims. Clip-in extensions can be reused for years with minimal maintenance, and extensions can be reused for up to a year with recommended care. Sew-in wefts and tape extensions need maintenance every 6 to 10 weeks depending on hair thickness, keratin extensions every 2 to 5 months, and clip-ins need none. Extension maintenance is offered only for Tiffany Scott Extensions, while removal is offered for other brands. Removal is recommended to be done by a trained stylist.

Extension pricing varies by method, length and the amount of hair needed, and quotes are given at the consultation, which costs $50. Clip-in extensions require a clip-in service starting at $125, which includes color matching, installation, custom detailing and blending. Service pricing for other work starts at the amounts listed on the booking menu.

Hours are Monday 10AM to 5PM, Tuesday through Thursday 10AM to 7PM, Friday 10AM to 6PM, and Saturday 9AM to 3PM. The salon is closed on Sundays.

The salon aims to offer a full salon experience rather than a single service. Extensions are designed around each client's own hair instead of one standard method.
