The studio's color menu runs from gloss and root retouching through all-over solid color, bleach and toning for existing blondes, and full blonding on virgin hair. Partial highlights and balayage cover maintenance, dimension, gray blending and a lived-in finish, while full highlights add brightness throughout. Color correction is priced by the hour and requires a consultation and a deposit for new clients.

Booking is done through the studio's online GlossGenius page. A card is kept on file for every appointment, and a 30% deposit secures each booking, with the deposit forfeited for cancellations or reschedules within 24 hours. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000 after approval before the appointment. Clients are asked to come alone because the space is limited.
