The lightening services are the longest appointments on the menu. Balayage and highlights each include two rounds of lightener, a K18 Molecular Repair Treatment, a pH restoration treatment, base color and toner, a complimentary trim of up to two inches, and a blowout and style. Pricing for these rises with hair length, density and the amount of product needed. A partial balayage or highlight appointment focuses on the crown and face-framing pieces, uses one round of lightener, and runs shorter.

Other color options include Base Melt, which blends the root transition without lightening, One-Step Color for a solid shade from roots to ends, Gloss or Tone Refresh to neutralize brassiness, Dimension Toner for added depth, and Grey Coverage with a custom color. Men's Platinum is an all-over lightening service with up to two rounds of lightener and toner. Bleach Retouch covers two to three inches of new growth and is offered only to existing platinum clients. Color Removal Treatment lifts artificial pigment without traditional lightening and does not include a blowout, so a consultation is recommended first.

Booking has a few firm rules. Color and extension consultations are free and last 30 minutes. Clients can reschedule or cancel up to 48 hours ahead; otherwise, or for a no-show, the card on file is charged 50% of the scheduled service. Appointments have a 15-minute grace period, arrivals after that cancel the booking, and late fees may apply. Bookings are confirmed by an automated text to the number on the client profile, and unconfirmed appointments are canceled. Clients who no-show twice without any communication will not be rebooked. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment.

The salon is open Monday from 10 AM to 4:30 PM, Tuesday through Thursday from 10 AM to 8 PM, Friday from 10 AM to 7 PM, and Saturday from 9:30 AM to 5 PM. It is closed on Sundays.
