Services are grouped by type. Haircuts run from a taper starting at $25 and a clipper cut at $50 up to a Bald Baddie Transformation, a clipper cut with lightener and toner added, starting at $150. Relaxer work ranges from a pre soften and partial relaxer to virgin relaxers and cut-and-style packages, and natural hair can be styled with a blow-dry silk press or a shampoo and style.

Color services include refresh conditioners, test strands, toner, demi color rinses, color touch-ups and virgin bleach lightening, plus multi-tonal color that combines lightening, toning and Olaplex in one visit. Consultation is required before booking virgin relaxers, keratin smoothing, color, virgin lightening, multi-tonal color and demi color, and new clients book a consultation before a silk press.

The studio is open Wednesday from 10 AM to 4 PM, Thursday from 10 AM to 6 PM, Friday from 10 AM to 7 PM and Saturday from 10 AM to 4 PM, and is closed Sunday, Monday and Tuesday. It offers Buy Now, Pay Later for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. No-shows are charged the full fee, cancellations made less than 24 hours ahead are charged 50%, and a same-day cancellation counts as a no-show. A late fee starts at $15 and increases for each minute late, and a $50 off-duty fee applies to non-scheduled days or appointments fitted in outside scheduled hours. Women 65 and older receive 20% off on Wednesdays.
