The menu is organized into braids, extensions, bridal hair, hair color, healthy hair and styling, treatments and relaxers. Extension installs such as tape-in, microlink and K-tip require a consultation before booking. Bridal options include a 90-minute hair trial and consultation, a wedding hair package, and on-location wedding styling at $150 per hour with a two-hour minimum. Keratin treatment is priced after a booked consultation.

Mommy & Me classes are four hours long and are offered at $199 as a group class or $499 as a private session, tailored to the child's hair. A deposit is required at booking to hold an appointment and is non-refundable. Cancelling less than 24 hours ahead forfeits the deposit and charges the difference up to 25% of the service price, and a no-show is charged up to 50%. Hours are Tuesday and Wednesday through Saturday, with Sunday and Monday closed.
