Tic Tac Toe Hair Lounge LLC operates two locations: The Colony, at 6805 Main Street, Suite 160, and Aubrey, at 27045 E University Dr, Suite 160. The Colony is open Sunday from 10 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday from 10 AM to 7 PM, and Saturday from 7 AM to 6 PM. The braiding menu is the largest group, with dozens of options, and it is built around braid styles for adults and kids. Hair extensions are offered to add length, fullness, volume or a dimension of color. Other groups include color and chemical services, hair and scalp treatments, loc services and a men's grooming list. The men's list is being updated, so not every service may appear online yet. Scalp treatments include an antimicrobial scalp treatment, deep conditioning and a clay mask.

Braid pricing works on its own terms: hair is not included, and shampoo and blow dry are not included either, so they must be added to the booking if wanted. Clients who skip the add-on need hair shampooed, blown dry and free of product at least 24 hours before the appointment. Unclean hair can lead to an appointment being rescheduled or canceled. Same-day style changes are not allowed, add-ons are accepted when time allows, and issues with a service need to be reported within 72 hours. Wrong hair purchases or lengths may bring extra fees or cancellation, and refunds are not given in those cases.

A children's menu covers clients ages 10 and under. Childish styles are offered for ages 4 to 10 and do not include braiding extensions. Gift cards can be bought online. The salon also lists wellness offerings: one-on-one wellness coaching with a free consultation, online wellness courses at $750 per year for unlimited access, and live wellness events at $50 per month for unlimited events.
