Every appointment is a one-on-one session with dedicated time reserved for a single client and stylist, and the salon frames each visit as therapy-based, planned around the client's hair health, lifestyle and goals. Services begin with a hair and scalp assessment. New clients can book a virtual consultation before coming in, or an in-person consultation or hair assessment, and many start with the Hair Care Reset, a 120-minute first visit at $195 that includes a scalp and strand assessment, cleanse, treatment, styling and a written home care plan. Progress photos are taken before, during and after services and are shared publicly only with the client's consent.

The menu covers silk presses, with the Signature Silk Press at $90 described by the salon as its most requested service, along with deep hydration, anti-frizz, bond restoration and scalp detox versions. Smoothing options include a first-time treatment at $275 where the system is chosen after assessment, a maintenance smoothing for returning clients starting at $175, and a Brazilian keratin treatment at $275 focused on frizz and humidity. Relaxers, sew-in and wig installs, extension removal, kids styles, protective and natural styles, blowouts and wash day services round out the list.

Booking requires a deposit: $25 for most services, $50 for first-time smoothing and $100 for extension removal and reinstall, all nonrefundable. Appointments can be rescheduled up to two times per deposit with at least 48 hours' notice, and late cancellations may forfeit the deposit. Hair must be fully detangled, product-free and taken down before the visit, or a detangling fee starting at $30 applies. A signed liability and consent waiver is required, a card on file is needed to book, and gratuity is included in auto-pay with an option to opt out. The salon uses its own professional-grade products, and clients who feel unwell with fever, cold or flu symptoms are asked to reschedule. Hours run Monday through Thursday 8 AM to 8 PM and Friday through Sunday 8 AM to 5 PM, with free parking in the adjacent garage and two hours of complimentary parking around the building.

Each visit starts with a hair and scalp assessment, and the style and treatment are chosen for that client's hair, with the salon's focus on hair health.

Each appointment is private, with one client and one stylist in the suite and no guests or children allowed.
