Environmental sustainability and health are presented as priorities together. The spa uses non-toxic, eco-friendly products, energy-efficient lighting and water-saving fixtures throughout the space.
Therapists take time to learn each client's concerns before deciding on techniques, and they adjust their methods to suit. The spa describes its therapists as highly trained, and it offers a range of massage, facial and yoga options.
Massage options include Spa Signature Massage, which combines orthopedic techniques with hot clay packs and hot stone therapy; Traditional Swedish Massage, with gentle flowing strokes; Craniosacral Massage, using light touch on the head, neck and spine; Deep Tissue Sports Therapy Massage, designed for athletes and active people; Prenatal Massage for expectant mothers; and Mechanical Lymphatic Drainage Massage. Facial treatments include Mechanical Lymphatic Drainage Facial, which uses rhythmic techniques to stimulate lymphatic flow. Private Yoga is offered as a postural therapy session aimed at realigning posture to address pain.
Most massages and the lymphatic facial start at $150 or $185 for 55 minutes or more, and Private Yoga costs $150 for one hour. Appointments can be booked online through the spa's site, and gift cards are available, with balances checkable online.
Therapists learn each client's concerns first and tailor their techniques to them, with sustainability treated as part of wellness.
