Margarita Cosmetics is a skincare and makeup business in Tiburon, built around a facial treatment menu. Its founder, Margarita C, developed the Margarita Cosmetics line as a skincare and makeup range and sells it alongside the treatments.

The founder has more than 30 years of experience as a cosmetic and beauty professional. She began her career at 18 as an assistant cosmetologist in Moscow, trained at the Moscow Institute of Cosmetology and at Cours de Maquillage in Paris, and spent about five years studying skin and hair care methods used by women from many cultures, with travel to Africa and Western Europe. She has also worked with European makeup brands and luxury skin and hair product companies.

Facials are the core of the service menu, with mechanical cleansing used to remove impurities, comedones and milia by hand and with tools after a urea mask softens the pores. The menu includes a 90-minute anti-acne facial and a 90-minute anti-aging facial, both built on cleansers, scrubs, lactic or glycolic acid, ultrasonic exfoliation, vitamin masks and paraffin hand masks, and each finishing with a massage of the face, decolletage and shoulders. A back acne treatment uses an ultrasonic machine and hands-on work along with a special solution and mask. Shorter options include an SOS facial with masks and herbal peels, suited to travel or the days before an event, and a one-hour facial and scalp massage.

The business advises that facial cleansing frequency is set individually: oily skin is generally advised every three to four months or longer, dry skin needs it less often, and facials are suggested once every two to four months depending on skin type.
