Beyond lash work, the shop sells lash supplies and offers training. Utah Lash and Brow Practical Exam Prep is a $200 course split across two days with one-hour sessions, and the rental kit and supplies are included. The course is aligned with Utah DOPL practical requirements, and the salon says many students have prepared for and passed their Utah practical exams through it. The Lash and Brow Apprenticeship is a 270-hour program run with Ravai Aesthetics Academy, with one-to-one or one-to-two hands-on training, scheduled Monday through Friday in morning or evening sessions. Classes start every three months and enrollment must be made at least two weeks before a start date. The total cost is $4,500, including a $1,000 student kit and $3,000 tuition, with a $500 deposit applied to tuition. After completing the hours, students take the Utah state theory and practical exams to earn their license, and they submit their apprentice license application to DOPL in person.

Booking requires full payment and a credit or debit card, made through PayPal or Venmo; with Venmo, the payment is sent first so the appointment can be scheduled manually. Appointments are non-refundable and lash appointments are not refunded. Reschedules less than 12 hours ahead carry a 50% service fee, and no-shows are charged the full appointment price. Clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late must reschedule. Reminders go out by text and email 12 to 48 hours before the visit. Clients should arrive without makeup, since there is a $15 removal fee for those who do, and new clients are asked to come in 5 to 10 minutes early. Clients must disclose eye conditions, injuries, medications, or treatments affecting the eye area in advance. Allergic reactions are addressed free of charge within 48 hours, and other fixes can be requested within 3 days of the first appointment. Children are not allowed inside during lash appointments, so child care should be arranged ahead of time. Appointments outside 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. carry a $30 surcharge.
