Services are grouped into waxing, brows, lashes, facials and add-ons. Waxing covers small areas such as the chin, lip and ears, full-face and half or full body areas, and several bundles, including a four-session Brazilian package and an underarm bundle with one wax free. The Signature Glow Facial with microdermabrasion takes about an hour. It starts with a skin analysis, a double cleanse, hot towels with aromatherapy, exfoliation, extractions when needed, and an enzyme treatment chosen for the skin. It continues with a facial massage that includes lymphatic drainage, neck and shoulder massage and scalp massage, and finishes with serums, moisturizer and SPF. The business says this facial helps lessen the look of facial wrinkles and leaves skin looking plump and smooth.

Booking means agreeing to the studio's policies. Clients have a 10-minute window after their appointment time to arrive, and later arrivals are cancelled. Cancellation or rescheduling is requested at least 24 hours ahead, and cancellations made less than 12 hours before the appointment carry a 50 percent fee. No-call, no-show appointments are charged the full reserved amount. Late cancellation and missed appointment fees must be paid before the next visit.
