BBL Studio opened in St. Petersburg in 2022 and is run by owner and master artist Juliana Silva. The studio describes its service as personalized and its products as top of the line. Lash extensions are the core of the menu, alongside brow services, skincare and waxing.

The lash menu covers several styles. Classic sets place one extension on each natural lash. Hybrid, called Light Volume, mixes classic and volume extensions at about 2 to 3 per natural lash. Volume sets use about 5 to 10 per lash, and Mega Volume sets use about 10 to 20. Fills are recommended every 2 to 3.5 weeks to keep the set full. Clients who had extensions done elsewhere can book a foreign fill to transition them. Lash lifts, with or without a tint, last about 4 to 6 weeks, and removal uses a gel-based remover.

Skincare includes a range of facials. Chemical peels come in two levels, with Level 1 using a mild lactic acid peel and Level 2 not recommended for cystic acne. Dermaplaning can be booked alone or added to any service or facial. Brow services include tinting, waxing and lamination, and lamination results last up to 6 to 8 weeks.

Before a lash appointment, clients are asked to arrive without mascara, eyeliner, moisturizer or contacts, and to avoid oil-based makeup removers. Extensions should stay dry for 6 hours after application, and the spa, sauna and tanning bed should be avoided for 48 hours. Clients are told to contact the studio right away about pain, irritation, redness or itching after a lash service. Skincare and lash care products are sold for pickup only; after an online purchase the studio contacts the buyer to set a pickup time.
