The salon is built around independent providers. Each one is a booth renter who runs their own business rather than an employee of the salon, and each offers their own services using their own product lines and techniques. Clients book with the provider they choose, so the range of services depends on who they see.
Hair services cover women's and men's cuts, child and teen cuts, blow-outs and event up-dos. Color work includes all-over color, root touch-ups, partial and full highlights, blonding and hair glazing, and the salon also offers hair extensions and smoothing treatments.
Skin services include customized facials, microdermabrasion, chemical peels, dermaplaning, hydrofacials, microneedling, microcurrent, oxygen therapy and lymphatic drainage, along with facial and body waxing, lash lifts with tinting and brow lamination. Nail services range from classic and gel manicures and pedicures to hard gel work, gel polish removal and nail art. The salon also sells the same premium hair and skin care products its providers use.
Some policies to know before booking: cancellations or reschedules need to be made with the provider at least 24 hours in advance. Gift certificates or gift cards bought from a provider can only be used with that provider. If a provider moves to another location, the salon is not liable to provide the service or issue a refund. Children are not allowed on the styling floor unless they are receiving a service, including infants in strollers or carriers. Pets are not allowed, though registered service animals are. Unopened or defective products can be returned or exchanged, and opened products that are unsaleable can be refunded or exchanged within 10 days of purchase with the original receipt.
Each provider works with their own services, product lines and techniques, and the salon aims to make clients feel welcome while meeting expectations set by skilled professionals.
