Haircuts are shaped around each client's hair density, cowlicks and natural wave pattern. A precision cut includes an in-depth consultation, a scalp wash and a blowout, and every haircut comes with a shampoo and blowdry. The color menu ranges from Aveda Hair Color covering roots to ends, glossing and grey blending to foil highlights, Vibrants and balayage in light, medium and heavy sizes. Color formulas are infused with plant oils that the salon describes as certified organic sunflower, castor and jojoba.

Extensions are hand-tied VoMor hair made from cuticle-intact Remy hair, in 14, 18 and 22 inch lengths, which the salon describes as exclusive to the Aveda network. Extension hair is color matched and ordered, a process of about one to two weeks, and hand-tied sets need reinstalling about every six to eight weeks as hair grows. Tape-in extensions using the Babe method are also offered. Esthetics covers an Express Facial customized to each client's skin, brow tinting, brow lamination and waxing, along with lash tinting, lash lifts and VoMor 10-Day Lashes.

Appointments are booked online through the salon's Book Now link. New clients booking vibrant color, color correction or balayage pay a $100 non-refundable deposit that is applied to the service, and new balayage clients need a consultation first. A card is kept on file for vibrant color, color correction, balayage and any service taking three hours or more. Cancellations need 24 hours notice, and missed or late appointments may incur a fee of 50% of the service. Services running past the time slot cost $10 for each extra 15 minutes. Fresh Talent is the salon's program for newer stylists, some newly licensed or new to Aveda; their appointments have extended time slots, and they are not set up to perform every service.

Cuts and color are built around each client's hair, including density, cowlicks and natural wave, with consultations before the more involved services.
