Every new client completes a telemedicine exam with a medical practitioner before any modality is given. The examiner clears the client, and then the Medical Director, Dr. Lori Martin, must also clear them. Medical screening is required before a first IV session and a first peptide protocol, and cryotherapy clients are screened by the clinical team and signed off by the Medical Director before a first session. Registered nurses, who are licensed and work under the Medical Director's supervision, are on the team, and THRIVE Techs, described as certified, operate the therapeutic equipment and monitor clients during hyperbaric oxygen sessions. No doctor referral is needed to book, and free consultations are offered to talk through health goals and a service plan.

Services span IV drips and NAD+ infusions, whole-body cryotherapy, mild hyperbaric oxygen, red light, PEMF, an ozone sauna, a massage chair, head spa, peptide therapy and medical esthetics. Most services are described as elective wellness and are not covered by insurance, though some may be covered if medically necessary. Itemized receipts are provided for HSA, FSA or insurance reimbursement. Memberships and multi-session packages are offered, and the clinic states that most clients save 15 to 30 percent with packages. Most appointments are available within 48 hours, with same-day or next-day slots for urgent needs.
