Surgical services cover facelift, neck lift, rhinoplasty and revision rhinoplasty, upper and lower eyelid surgery, brow lift, chin and cheek augmentation, ear surgery and otoplasty, plus erbium laser skin resurfacing. Facelifts are described as using two incisions, placed inside the ear canal, behind the ear and along the hairline. Operations are performed at accredited facilities, with scheduling at Atlanta Outpatient Surgery Center or Northside Hospital. Surgical quotes include hospital and anesthesia fees, which are paid directly to the hospital and vary with the expected length of surgery. A 10% surgical deposit, with a $500 minimum, holds a surgery date and is non-refundable. No extra fees are charged for pre-operative or post-operative visits in cosmetic cases.

Injectable options at the practice include BOTOX and DYSPORT, JUVEDERM SKINVIVE and VOLLURE fillers, the Restylane line of fillers (Contour, Defyne, Eyelight, Kysse, Lyft and Refyne), Sculptra, lip enhancement and a lower-lid liquid lift. For a double chin, the practice offers Kybella, a non-surgical injection for fat under the chin, and according to the practice its results are permanent. First consultations are free, are held one-on-one with Dr. Robinson, and can take place in person or virtually. Visits look at a patient's concerns and the changes they hope for, which treatments would give the most natural-looking improvement, and how to bring facial features into balance.

Visage Skin Care & Laser Center is a division of the practice on the Northside/Alpharetta Medical Campus. It offers MOXI laser treatment, HALO laser resurfacing, BBL corrective therapy and Forever Young BBL, along with HydraFacial, microneedling, laser hair removal and general skin care.

Financing is available for cosmetic procedures. The practice takes part in the Aspire Galderma Loyalty Rewards program, which offers savings on Dysport, Sculptra and several Restylane products, and in the Allē Loyalty Rewards program, which offers savings on Botox, Kybella and Juvederm products. Cancellations or no-shows without proper notice (at least 2 business days) carry a $75 fee for surgical consultations and a $50 fee for injectable and skin care visits. Prepaid skin care packages lose the discounted cost on a late cancellation or no-show.
