The menu is organized around install styles. Sew and Go services cover sew-ins, net sew-ins, firm net sew-ins, lace closure sew-ins, lace frontal 360 sew-ins and quick weaves. Bob installs include two bundles, a cut and minimal leave-out, with extra bundles charged separately. Hair-included installs are also sold as bundle deals with set prices, and add-ons such as plucking, customizing, tightening and take-downs are priced on their own.

Appointments are booked online, and a deposit of $25 to $40 holds the time slot. Installs can take two to four hours depending on what is booked, so clients should plan for a long visit. Payment is due in full at the time of service, and the salon does not offer refunds.

Arriving 30 minutes or more late means the deposit does not count toward the service. Cancellations made by email with 48 hours notice earn a credit toward the next service, while cancelling within 48 hours forfeits the deposit. A specific stylist cannot be guaranteed, and appointments need confirmation. Natural hair must be shampooed and blow dried before a weave goes in; the salon can do this for an extra fee, but clients need to detangle natural hair themselves beforehand. Appointments at 6:00, 7:00 and 8:00 AM carry a convenience fee. Children may come in only when they are being serviced, and pets are not allowed.

The salon says it offers a customer service guarantee, with details in its store policy. It also says clients have 48 hours to report dissatisfaction with a service by phone or email, and that it does not work over another stylist's work.
