Tattoo work is fine line and single needle, done mainly in black and gray with illustrative styles. Artists primarily use black and gray ink and may add a small amount of color for minimal detail, subject to the artist's confirmation. Size and placement are finalized during the appointment. Tattoo minimum is $200, with an hourly rate of $175 for larger or more detailed pieces and pricing that runs from $200 to $2,000+ depending on design, scale and detail. A $50 non-refundable deposit is applied toward the total. Clients must be 18 or older. Two people can book together for small to medium, minimal-detail or matching designs, and groups of three or more reach out to the studio for a group session.

Piercings are done with single-use sterile tools and needles, following aseptic technique. Jewelry is implant-grade titanium or solid 14K gold with flat-back posts, and only jewelry sold in the studio is used because of Florida Health Department code. Each piercing is $70, and each additional piercing in the same appointment is $45. Lobes are pierced starting at age 4, most cartilage piercings at age 14, and belly button piercings at age 16. Florida requires a notarized, signed parental consent form for anyone under 18, and a parent must be present for anyone under 16.

Permanent brow clients must be 18 or older and cannot be pregnant or breastfeeding. Brow refresh and correction is for clients who had permanent makeup or microblading elsewhere, or at Thirdeye more than three years ago, and a consultation or photo review is required before booking. Lip blush sessions take about 2 to 3 hours and include topical numbing; clients should avoid botox, fillers and lip injections for three weeks before or after, and antibiotics within two months prior. Permanent eyeliner is a semi-permanent cosmetic tattoo shaped to each client's eye and skin tone.

Artists are encouraged to find their own style and follow their own instincts. Piercing follows strict single-use sterile practice, and waxing is tailored to each client's skin type and hair growth to limit irritation.
