The studio is set up to feel cozy and relaxed, a place where clients can unwind and be themselves. The owner's stated focus is helping women feel their best, and she shares what she knows with other women working in the beauty industry. She also describes a goal of changing industry standards and teaching that beauty comes in many shapes and sizes.

Lash work covers full sets in classic, hybrid, wet-look and volume styles, with fills timed to two-week or three-week intervals. A one-week mini touch-up is available on any set once seven days have passed, and a matching fill is required after 14 days. Lash lifts with tint, tint-only sessions, lash removal and foreign fill corrections for lashes applied by another artist are also offered. On the brow side there is brow lamination with tint, brow tint that can be added to any service, and brow wax. Lip wax is available as well.

Appointments are needed for services, and the studio offers house calls. Hours are Wednesday from 10:30 AM to 6 PM and Friday from 10 AM to 6 PM. A 24-hour cancellation policy applies to all services, and a fee may be charged for no-shows and late cancellations. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may be treated as a no-show, with the owner deciding whether the fee applies. Payment is due in full once the service is complete. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 or $200 amounts or a custom amount, and gift card sales are final.
