A visit starts with the client's skin, concerns, lifestyle and needs for that day, and the facial is shaped around them rather than run as a fixed sequence. The studio does not use one-size-fits-all protocols or add treatments a client doesn't need. Each treatment is meant to combine skin care with relaxation.

Education is a core part of the approach. Home care is kept realistic and easy to follow, so clients leave with guidance they can keep up with instead of a long list of products.

The lash menu covers full custom sets, fills timed by how many days have passed since the last appointment, a quick touch-up within a week of a visit, and a transition appointment for clients currently wearing extensions from another artist. Packages of four, five or six facials are priced below the regular value of the individual sessions.

Each facial is customized to the client's skin, concerns, lifestyle and needs on the day. Education is emphasized, with home-care guidance kept realistic and easy to follow.
