Appointments can be booked online at each location. Groups are booked one person at a time. Nail designs such as French tip or chrome are booked as a separate design service on top of the manicure or pedicure. Intricate designs are priced by the time needed and the number of nails, so clients are asked to call the salon for a quote. If a client has gel, acrylic or dip on their nails, the removal has to be added to the booking, and a hard or builder gel fill cannot be booked by itself.

The salon describes its atmosphere as chic and relaxing. It says it carries more than 1,350 polishes. The Luxe manicure and pedicure let clients choose hand or body care and polish from Hermès, CHANEL or Dior, and the Hermès collection includes a range of hand care and nail polish products.
