The color menu centers on ELUMEN, a zero-ammonia color that covers natural to vivid shades. ELUMEN is used in Elumen Color Balance and Elumen Glaze, a clear or pigmented gloss. Color Balance pairs a Topchic base color with a gloss refresh on the mid-lengths and ends. Other color options include root refreshes, highlights, a gradual dark-to-light ombre technique, color blocking, custom dimensional placement, fashion color palettes and a service that blends away grey hair, offered in two options.

Cuts are built around the individual client, starting with the Curated Cut. Other cut services include fringe trims and headshaves. Hair systems include the Hair Skeen, a non-surgical system customized to the scalp. The salon describes it as creating an undetectable hairline and as breathable enough for everyday activity. Treatments include a keratin smoothing treatment for frizz and shine, a color sealing treatment, and a scalp treatment. Styling covers blow dries, braiding and formal updos, and permanent curl shaping is also offered.

Gift cards come in set amounts of $50, $75, $100 and $200 or a custom amount, and can be scheduled for delivery. Gift card sales are final. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000 and requires approval before the appointment. Cancellations within 24 hours of an appointment may be charged 50% of the service price.
