Traditional loc consultations are offered on their own to assess locs and build a care or maintenance plan.

Larger services are planned in advance. Reattachments, microlocs, and loc combinations or wicks each require a consultation before booking, and microloc consultation fees are applied toward the installation. Loc reconstruction pricing depends on the condition of the hair, and photos or a consultation may be requested first. Loc Extension Package 1 includes eight bundles of 10-inch loc extensions along with a wash, style and loc care package. Final pricing for installations can vary with hair length, density, texture, desired loc size and installation method.

Booking and policy details matter here. New clients must book through the online booking system. Loc extension, wick and reconstruction services require a non-refundable deposit, and all deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Remaining balances are due at the time of service. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. A 10-minute grace period applies to late arrivals, after which a $50 late fee is charged. Arriving 20 to 30 minutes late cancels the appointment, and repeated late arrivals bring a 50% service charge and a rebooking with a new deposit. Cancellations within 24 hours are charged 50% of the service amount, and no-shows are charged the full service price. Extra guests, including children and friends, are not permitted at appointments. Once a loc service has begun, no refunds or adjustments are issued.
