The salon runs out of a small suite and works by appointment only, with no walk-ins. Appointments are spaced with a two-hour window between clients, and the suite is not overbooked. Because the space is small, clients are asked to keep extra guests to a minimum, though children may come along when needed. Deposits can be paid online when booking, and clients who cannot pay online can use the other listed payment methods. If a client cannot attend, they are asked to cancel online.

The menu covers sew-ins, quickweaves, frontals and lace closures, and wig units, including illusion part, no leave-out and flip-over installs, with options for color bundles and krimps. Relaxer services include virgin relaxers, relaxers with tracks or clip-ins, and a texturizer that loosens curl pattern rather than fully straightening it. Chemical color work is offered as highlights, whole-head color and semi-demi-permanent color with a blowout. There are also dreads, starter dreads, two-strand twists, flat twists for kids, braids, crochet, ponytails, updos, roller sets, rod sets and curls, plus wash, detox and blowout services.

Frontals and lace closures need planning. Frontals must be dropped off two to three days before the appointment so they can be customized, and hair for a custom wig unit must be dropped off one week ahead. Frontals bought from beauty supply stores are not serviced because they do not color well. Quickweave services require a black stocking cap.

Custom frontal and lace closure units are made by the stylist personally from measurements taken from the client.
