Thelashdoc operates from home in Fort Worth, Texas 76177, and takes bookings through its Setmore page or by phone. Opening hours are Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 10 PM and Saturday from 9 AM to 5 PM, with Sunday closed.

The full set menu covers three styles. The Volume set uses 90% lash coverage for a full look that is not bold, and the Mega Volume set uses 100% coverage for a more dramatic result; both are capped at 18mm lash length and take about three hours. The Hybrid set mixes volume and classic lashes for a lighter look. A separate brand ambassador appointment is available to brand ambassadors only.

Fill-ins are offered at mini, two-week and three-week intervals, plus a bottoms refill that covers both top and bottom lashes. The mini fill is only for sets that are less than a week or two old. Add-ons include natural, wispy and full bottoms, color, glitter or decals, and a make-it-wispy option that adds spikes or a wispy effect. Add-on bookings show two separate times, and the first one is the time for the booking.

Booking terms are set out clearly. A $25 deposit is taken at booking and applied toward the total, and the balance is paid in cash or by Apple Pay. Changes or cancellations need at least 24 hours notice, a $15 late fee applies if a client arrives 10 minutes after the scheduled time, and an appointment is treated as cancelled 30 minutes after its start time.
