Lindsay trained at the Aveda Institute in Minneapolis and began working in 2002 at the Aveda Concept Salon and Spa. She spent years there learning Ayurvedic techniques and treatments before leaving to start an independent practice. Some clients she met at Aveda still book with her.

Cancellations or reschedules need 48 hours' notice, otherwise a 50% fee is charged to the card on file, and a no-show carries the same fee and may mean the client is not rebooked. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule and may be charged a rescheduling fee. Payment is due at the time of service by cash, card, or Venmo, and some services take a non-refundable deposit. Completed services are not refunded, so any concerns should be raised within 48 hours, and products are final sale.
