Facials run from a 45-minute express treatment to 90-minute combination treatments. Options include diamond-tip resurfacing, hydrodermabrasion with customized serums, and a relaxing facial that begins with deep cleansing and a skin analysis with home-care suggestions, then customized exfoliation, extractions if needed, facial massage and a soothing mask. Newer clients can book an introductory version of the relaxing facial. Add-ons such as high frequency, chemical peels, oxygen infusion and dermaplaning can be combined with several facials.
Waxing uses a soy-based system that removes hair from the root. Services cover the face, underarms, arms, back, chest, legs and bikini area, along with Brazilian waxing, which is offered to female clients only. Lash services include lash tints, removal of existing extensions and several LL extension treatments, with a consultation required for clients who already have lashes from another provider.
Hours are Monday 10 AM to 5:30 PM, Wednesday 10:30 AM to 6:30 PM and Friday 10 AM to 6 PM, with the studio closed Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday. Cancellations made within 24 hours of an appointment, and no-shows, carry a 50% fee, and that fee may be applied if the service is rebooked within the same week. Deposits are asked of new clients for many services. Gift cards must be used within six months, and Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for approved bookings from $50 to $4,000. Packages and memberships can be booked through the website, and products can be purchased and picked up there too.
Treatments begin with a look at the skin and are adjusted to each client, with home-care advice included in the main facial.
