Prices run from $50 to $180, and appointments are listed at roughly 1.5 to 8.5 hours depending on the style. Add-ons include boho on cornrows, Fulani braids and large knotless for $20, curly or boho ends for $10, and extra length on freestyle cornrows. The business can supply hair for an additional $25 when it is noted at booking.

Booking requires a $10 deposit that is taken off the total. Deposits must be sent within an hour of booking or the appointment is canceled, and they are non-refundable after 24 hours. Payment is taken through Apple Pay or Cash App, and some services accept only those two. New clients pay part or all of the cost before service begins, while returning clients pay afterward. Knotless braids and Fulani or tribal braids must be booked before 2 pm, and Sunday appointments need half the payment upfront, including a $25 squeeze-in fee.

Visitors should arrive with hair washed and blown out, without oil or leave-in conditioner. Washing and detangling are not offered; detangling that runs past 15 minutes carries a $20 fee. A 15-minute grace period applies, and later arrivals are canceled unless the slot still works. Guests such as children, parents, partners or friends are not allowed inside the home and can wait in their car. No-show clients must contact the business before booking again. Blow drying is free when requested in the booking notes. For wig installs, the wig should be dropped off a few days ahead so it can be customized.
