Braiding and twisting is the main draw. Options include box braids, knotless braids sized large, medium or small, micro braids, crochet, faux locs, island twists, two-strand twists, flat twists, braided ponytails and braided mohawks. Add-ons such as tinsel, microbeading, extra length, thickness and boho finishes are priced from $10 to $80. Clients bring their own braiding hair, and hair 50 inches or longer carries an additional charge.

Bookings are held with a 30% deposit that cannot be refunded and is credited toward the total for the services booked. Changes or cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment forfeit the deposit. A guest who arrives more than 15 minutes late, when another client is booked after them, loses both the appointment and the deposit, and any appointment is canceled after 30 minutes. Payment is collected at the appointment and accepted by cash, debit or credit, Tap to Pay, Zelle, Venmo or Cash App. Service concerns must be raised within 48 hours to be considered for a redo or partial refund, and the salon reviews each request individually. No child is ever required to receive a service; if a child cannot have the booked service, the deposit is kept and the service ends.

Beyond braids, the menu covers color such as balayage at $95, full highlights at $125 and full-head highlights at $115. Styling includes silk presses at $85 or $100 with a cut, and a relaxer with a cut includes a blowdry but not a style. Treatments include a keratin treatment at $250, a keratin retouch at $125 and a scalp treatment with massage at $75. Skin services are an express and a signature glow facial, at $60 and $110. Haircuts for women, men and kids, trims and beard or bang trims, and waxing for the eyes, lip and chin or the full face round out the menu.
