Each look is planned around the client's natural features and personal taste. Color options run from full dimensional color and partial highlights for the crown and face-framing areas to root touch-ups. Platinum Luxe lifts natural hair to an icy platinum and finishes with K18. Corrective Color addresses uneven tone, removes box dye and refines past color work. Vivid Luxe Shades offers high-gloss color from pastels to bright shades.

Curl work is done dry, curl by curl, and clients are asked to arrive with curls dry, down and in their natural texture, without buns, braids, twists or stretched styles. Extensions are available as tape-in, K-tip or I-tip, and the final price for those is set at consultation. Packages such as the Glow Up and the Grandeur Makeover are sold online, and existing package credits apply automatically at checkout. In-person bookings can be paid over time with Buy Now, Pay Later for amounts from $50 to $4,000, after approval before the appointment.

Changes or cancellations need at least 24 hours notice. Shorter notice is charged at 50% of the reserved service, and no-shows or same-day cancellations are charged the full scheduled service. Clients who arrive 15 minutes or more late may have the appointment adjusted or rescheduled, and a fee may apply. Questions can be sent through the contact page.
