The facial menu runs from quick options to longer treatments. Most facials begin with a double cleanse and a skin analysis, then include exfoliation, massage, a mask, a serum, moisturizer and SPF. The Rejuvenating Facial uses red LED light during the mask, and the Puriyfing Facial uses blue LED light. The Dermaplaning Facial removes dead skin and fine vellus hair with a blade. The Customized Facial is tailored to what the client wants addressed and may include LED light or ice globes. The Luxury Facial is built around relaxation and includes work on the neck, shoulders and decolletage, along with scalp massage.

Waxing is offered from the lip and chin up to full arms and full legs, with an underarm service as well. Visit lengths vary from 10 minutes for a chin wax to 45 minutes for a full leg wax.

Booking requires a deposit: new clients pay $25 for most facials, $15 for the Shine & Go Mini Facial and Mini Back Facial, and between $5 and $25 for waxing. A 25% fee applies to cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment, and a 50% fee applies to a no-show. In-person Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. The website also has a shop and gift cards.

The studio is open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 9 AM to 7 PM, and Saturday and Sunday from 11 AM to 5 PM. It is closed on Wednesdays.

Facials are built from a skin analysis followed by cleansing, exfoliation, massage, masks and finishing products, and several can be adjusted to the client's concerns.
