Guests have a 20-minute grace period; anyone arriving later must book a new time and loses the deposit.

Training is a major part of the business. Options include 1-on-1 braiding training and in-person and online classes covering braiding techniques, cranial prosthesis training and business development for stylists. The owner also hosts free training sessions.
