The menu covers women's haircuts, women's color, smoothing treatments, men's grooming, and a few longer packages. Color services include glazes for shine or shifting tone, root retouches, halo and full head highlights, platinum blonde work, all-over color, and fantasy colors. Balayage, subtle highlights, dimensional blonde, and rooted blonde are also offered. Color correction is priced hourly, and some corrections can run five or more hours, with a personal consultation recommended first. The salon also offers HotHead tape-in extensions, classic eyelash extensions, and straight razor shaves with line ups.

Smoothing options include a split end treatment and a monthly follow-up after a Brazilian Blowout, as well as a longer smoothing service. The Boujee Knockout package combines a Brazilian Blowout, a design cut, color, styling, a hand massage, and a steam towel over about five hours. Men's services include a wig chop with a hot towel and hair design, and a version that adds a beard design and oils.

Booking policies matter for planning. Cancellations or reschedules made less than 48 hours ahead are charged 50% of the appointment, and those made within 24 hours, as well as no-shows, are charged in full. Arriving 15 minutes late means the appointment is rescheduled and charged. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval required before the appointment. Gift cards are sold.

Work is built around the chemistry of color and careful consultation, so clients can talk through their hair goals before anything is done, with the option of going ahead the same day.
