The salon now operates from a suite in the Maison De Burgundy space in Mercantile Village, at the north end of the plaza. Maison De Burgundy describes itself as a newer destination for luxury hair in Lake Oswego, and the salon describes its color, cut and extension work as elite.

Color correction is a large part of the work, and most new clients come in for it. Beth aims to give each client a customized color approach. Her focus is blonde and balayage, and the menu also includes partial and full highlights, babylights, hairline highlights, root retouches, gloss and toning, and all-over color. A combined cut and color service is also offered.

Extensions are a major focus. Hand-tied and beaded weft installs are offered, with beaded wefts in 16 to 24 inch lengths and hand-tied wefts in 16 to 22 inch lengths. Pricing for installs is set at an in-person consultation and depends on how much hair is needed, the color and the length. The $30 consultation fee is credited toward the final install cost if the client goes ahead.

New clients request an appointment through a form that asks for current photos of their hair and their hair goals, and Beth replies with availability. Appointments are generally booked six to eight weeks out. Hours are Tuesday to Friday, 10am to 6pm, and Saturday, 10am to 4pm. Beth travels to clients for appointments for a fee, arranged by email. She also offers one-on-one mentor sessions covering her blonding and balayage technique.

Oribe and Incommon products are sold in person at the salon, Incommon is also available online through Beth's personal link, and Kerastase products are available for purchase at the salon. Beth also keeps a curated Amazon shop of hair products she likes.

The salon works toward a customized color approach for each client, with a detail-oriented focus that Beth describes as a luxury experience.
