The Yanna's Experience

The Yanna's Experience presents itself as a one-stop place for hair and styling. It also trades as Tha Yanna Experience and takes bookings through its own separate booking site.

Services run from a short consultation and simple styling to sew-ins, quick weaves, glueless and closure installs, frontal installs and wig customization. Packages are priced according to the hair length a client wants. The hair and install package takes about four hours, starts at $375, and includes three Cambodian raw hair bundles, shampoo and conditioning, a traditional sew-in and styling. Consultations are required before tape-in and braidless sew-in appointments, and they can be done in person or by video call.

Yanna Collection Co. sells raw hair bundles, which can be colored, curled and straightened. A single bundle starts at $70 in lengths from 16 to 26 inches. Three-bundle and four-bundle deals start at $225 and $320, with the four-bundle option offering extra fullness. Bundles can vary in color, wave and texture from one to the next, and the business does not guarantee how long they will last.

Policies are straightforward: all sales are final, and returns or exchanges are not accepted on hair that has been installed, washed, colored, cut, chemically processed or removed from its packaging. Incorrect or defective items must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the order, with the hair left unused during review. Hair and install deposits are non-refundable and go toward the remaining balance. Local pickup is available for eligible orders once they are confirmed ready, and Afterpay and Zip payment options are accepted at booking. Changes, cancellations, late arrivals and no-shows follow the studio's booking policies.

Packages are priced by hair length, and clients who need a consultation first are asked to book one before tape-ins or braidless sew-ins.
