Her approach is built around getting to know each client. Appointments are shaped around the individual's needs and personal style, and she aims to build lasting relationships with clients so she understands their goals over time.

The studio's color menu runs from root-only touch-ups and full-length color to partial and full highlights, combination tint-and-highlight services and balayage, which the studio describes as complex color. Bleach applied to the scalp is available for regrowth up to about an inch and a half, and a semi-permanent toner is offered to neutralize unwanted tones. Add-ons include a short scalp massage and a choice of deep conditioning treatments.

For styling, clients can book a heat-finishing session with a flat iron, curl or blowout, a personalized lesson on creating hairstyles at home, or a bobby-pin updo for a wedding or event. Children's cuts are offered for ages 10 and under, and the price can rise if a child needs more time.

The studio is open Wednesday from 10 AM to 5 PM, Thursday and Friday from 10 AM to 7 PM, and Saturday from 9 AM to 5 PM, and is closed Monday, Tuesday and Sunday. Clients are asked to let the salon know as soon as possible if they cannot attend, since a 30% cancellation fee applies.

Each visit is tailored to the client's hair goals and personal style, with the aim of building long-term relationships.
