The salon was established in 2019 and operates as a private suite inside Salon Suites Wellington on Southern Boulevard in Royal Palm Beach. Two stylists work from the suite, and they have been working together for many years.

The salon aims for a calm, comfortable setting where clients can be themselves. It describes its space as safe, welcoming and inclusive for everyone, offers LGBTQ+ affirming services, and uses genderless pricing. Silent appointments are available for clients who want a quiet, calm session.

Appointments are by appointment only, and hours are Tuesday to Friday from 11am to 6pm and Saturday from 10am to 5pm. Guests, including children, are not permitted in the suite. The booking form covers color correction, highlights, balayage, grey coverage, bleach and tone, hair coloring, creative color, haircuts, blowouts and styling, updos and consultations.

Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice, otherwise a fee of 50% of the estimated appointment cost applies, and clients who do not pay that fee cannot rebook. Concerns about results must be raised within 7 days of the service, with a return visit to the salon for evaluation. The salon may have another employee fix or correct the work, and it does not issue refunds.
