Visits can start with a free, in-depth consultation to talk through the hair and any planned style change before the appointment. Most highlight services include a gloss to reach the desired result. Color correction is charged by the hour, and an extra $35 product charge applies when additional color or lightener is needed to finish a service.

Beyond color, the salon offers cuts and styling for women, men and children, blowouts, up-dos, keratin treatment, eyebrow tinting and waxing, and head spa services. It also installs and removes Great Lengths hair extensions and tape-ins, using extensions made from 100% natural human hair. The extensions page says Great Lengths was developed in London in 1991 by founder David Gold.

Wedding services can be booked on location or at the salon, and the wedding party is welcome to come in. Wedding services add a 20% gratuity and a travel fee to the final total, with travel varying by location, and the gratuity must be paid in cash or check. The VIP membership is $150 per month and includes a regular color refresh, a blowout, product discounts and perks, and unused value rolls over as a credit toward a future service.

Booking carries a few set policies. A $50 deposit is due on the day of appointments lasting two hours or more and goes toward the service, and for lengthy services half the cost is charged up front. Cancellations made more than 48 hours ahead are not charged unless the client is a no-show, while a same-day no-show is charged the full scheduled amount. Concerns about a service must be reported within 48 hours to be reviewed for an adjustment, and the salon states that full refunds are not given.
