The Women's Clinic & MedSpa

The clinic was founded by Jessica Kirkwood, who leads its care, and it was started on a small budget. It serves women at every stage of life, combining women's health visits with cosmetic and regenerative treatments in one place.

The clinic's approach focuses on the underlying cause of a health condition rather than only its symptoms, and on the whole patient, including mental, emotional and physical health. It does not provide mental health treatment, but staff will listen to concerns and connect patients with other resources.

Women's health services cover gynecological exams, STD testing and treatment, birth control, cervical cancer screening, breast exams, miscarriage management and support, and annual exams with Pap tests. Menopause and perimenopause care includes hormone replacement therapy, including bioidentical hormones, and care for hot flashes, sleep changes and mood changes. Gyn care addresses vaginal concerns, pelvic symptoms and abnormal bleeding. Hormone treatment is also offered for andropause.

Aesthetic and regenerative options include Botox, Juvederm and PRP filler injections, PRP microneedling, a Vampire Facial, PRP hair restoration, and PRP injections for vaginal rejuvenation and breast treatment. PRP is made from the patient's own blood. PRP injections are also offered for bladder leakage, urinary incontinence and sexual function, and weight loss is listed among the aesthetic health services.

The clinic takes the majority of Blue Cross Blue Shield plans, among them Regence, Premera, BlueCard and Anthem. It holds Preferred provider status with The First Choice Health Network and accepts some Aetna and Cigna plans, though only certain Open Access ones. It does not hold Aetna Signature Preferred Provider status. To request a new patient visit, provide your insurance plan name, plan ID and reason for visit. Gynecological procedures and annual exams are generally not scheduled at new patient visits unless medically needed. Returning patients should clear the New Patient box when booking. Payment plans are offered through Affirm and Cherry.
